Returns Policy
At EASY RESOLVE PTE. LTD., we want you to be satisfied with your loungewear purchase. This Returns Policy explains how to request a return or refund—simple, fair, and aligned with Singapore’s consumer protection standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective (e.g., broken seams, faulty zippers) or damaged during shipping;
- The product does not match the description on lutenook.com (e.g., wrong size, incorrect color);
- You received an item you did not order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with tags intact);
- You must provide your original order number (found in your order confirmation email).
2. Items We Cannot Accept Returns For
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot process returns for:
- Loungewear with broken hygiene seals (e.g., underwear, sleepwear with protective liners);
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless they are defective);
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by you;
- Orders where the 7-day return window has passed.
3. How to Request a Return
Follow these 4 simple steps:
- Email Us: Send a request to [email protected] with:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the item (showing defects, damage, or mismatch, if applicable);
- Reason for return (e.g., “wrong size” or “defective seam”).
- Wait for Confirmation: We will reply within 48 hours with:
- A return approval;
- Instructions on where to ship the item (our Singapore return address or a regional partner, depending on your location).
- Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable courier (keep the tracking number for reference).
- For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item), we will reimburse your shipping costs (provide a copy of your shipping receipt).
- For other eligible returns (e.g., wrong size chosen by you), you will cover the shipping costs.
- We Inspect & Process: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 3 business days. If approved, we will start your refund.
4. Refund Details
- How You’ll Get Your Money: Refunds are credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Processing Time: Refunds take 5–7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
- What’s Refunded: We refund the full price of the eligible item. Shipping costs for the original order are only refunded if the return is due to our error.
