1. Eligibility for Returns​

You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:​

  • The product is defective (e.g., broken seams, faulty zippers) or damaged during shipping;​
  • The product does not match the description on lutenook.com (e.g., wrong size, incorrect color);​
  • You received an item you did not order.​

To be eligible:​

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with tags intact);​
  • You must provide your original order number (found in your order confirmation email).​

2. Items We Cannot Accept Returns For​

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot process returns for:​

  • Loungewear with broken hygiene seals (e.g., underwear, sleepwear with protective liners);​
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless they are defective);​
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by you;​
  • Orders where the 7-day return window has passed.​

3. How to Request a Return​

Follow these 4 simple steps:​

  • Photos of the item (showing defects, damage, or mismatch, if applicable);​
  • Reason for return (e.g., “wrong size” or “defective seam”).​

  • Instructions on where to ship the item (our Singapore return address or a regional partner, depending on your location).​
  1. Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable courier (keep the tracking number for reference).​
  • For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item), we will reimburse your shipping costs (provide a copy of your shipping receipt).​
  • For other eligible returns (e.g., wrong size chosen by you), you will cover the shipping costs.​
  1. We Inspect & Process: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 3 business days. If approved, we will start your refund.​

4. Refund Details​

  • How You’ll Get Your Money: Refunds are credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).​
  • Processing Time: Refunds take 5–7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).​
  • What’s Refunded: We refund the full price of the eligible item. Shipping costs for the original order are only refunded if the return is due to our error.​
