These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website lutenook.com (the “Site”) and purchase of loungewear products (“Products”) from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend reviewing them carefully.

These Terms outline our mutual rights and obligations, compliant with Singapore’s Digital Transactions Act, Consumer Protection Act, and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) . 3. Orders & Payments

3.2 Pricing & Taxes

4.2 Delivery Confirmation
We track shipments via courier-provided tracking numbers. A signature (or designated receipt) at delivery confirms successful receipt. For “no-signature required” options, we are not responsible for lost items after courier confirmation .
5. Returns & Refunds
We uphold Singapore’s consumer protection standards and aim to resolve issues fairly :
5.1 Eligible Returns
You may request returns/refunds within 7 days of delivery if:

- Items are unused with original packaging.

We strive to display accurate Product details (sizing, materials, images) but cannot guarantee perfect color matching due to screen variations. Sizing charts are for reference—contact us for fit guidance before purchasing .
All Product descriptions comply with Singapore’s Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act (POOMA), with no misleading or exaggerated claims .

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, Product designs) is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without written permission .
User-generated content (e.g., reviews) grants us a non-exclusive license to use, display, or modify it for Site purposes.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
