1. Delivery Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide, with two main service scopes:

Singapore Local Delivery: Covering all addresses in Singapore (including residential, commercial, and PO Boxes, except restricted military zones).

International Delivery: Available to over 50 countries (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, UK, US, Canada). Check if your country is covered at checkout—we’ll show you options before you pay.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates (not guarantees) and depend on your location. We’ll always share a more precise timeline once you place an order:

Singapore Local: 1–3 business days (orders placed before 2 PM SGT usually ship the same day).

Southeast Asia (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand): 3–5 business days.

Other International Regions (e.g., US, UK, Australia): 5–10 business days.

Note: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year) or due to customs checks—we’ll notify you if there’s a delay.

Shipping fees vary by country and order weight (calculated automatically at checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with:

A unique tracking number (from our courier partners like SingPost, DHL eCommerce, or J&T Express).

A link to track your package (you can also check status via your account on lutenook.com).

5. Delivery Notes

Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address (especially postal code) when ordering. We can’t redirect packages once they’re shipped, and may charge a re-delivery fee for incorrect addresses.
